The Free Shift Scheduling spreadsheet together with its accompanying documentation (referred to as "Software" in this Agreement) is the property of ConnectCode Pte Ltd ("ConnectCode"). By installing or using this Software, you (or you on behalf of your organization) are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Software is protected under International Copyright Laws.

This document sets forth the Department of the Defense (DoD) Software License Requirements. Licensor’s Software License Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a material part hereof by this reference. This document, including the Software License Agreement attached as Exhibit A: PacketViper EULA; Exhibit B: PacketViper Support Plan; and Exhibit C: PacketViper Hardware Warranty constitute the Agreement between the PacketViper (Licensor) and the DoD. The terms and conditions set out below in these Software License Requirements, supplement, to the extent a conflict exists, supersede, and take precedence over the terms and conditions of Exhibit A, Exhibit B and Exhibit C. For clarification in this agreement, Publisher and Licensor are synonymous.

This Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“You”, “Your”, or “Customer”) and Syncfusion, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business located at 2501 Aerial Center Parkway, Suite 200, Morrisville, NC 27560 (“Syncfusion”).

This Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between DBASE, LLC, a New York limited liability company, with a mailing address at 31 Front St., Binghamton, New York 13905 and its affiliates (“Company”) and you (“Customer”) and describes the terms and conditions pursuant to which Company will license the Software (as defined below) to Customer. Collectively, Customer and Company may be referred to as “Parties” and individually as a “Party.” By downloading or unsealing Company’s Software and/or Documentation, Customer is agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

By taking any steps to download, configure, install or use the entire product, or any part thereof, User accepts all the terms and conditions resulting from this Agreement. In case of purchasing this product for use by a company, User declares that he/she is authorised to represent the company for which he/she intends to download the product and accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement on behalf of the company. If User does not agree, he/she should not download, install or use the software.

INDIGO ROSE SOFTWARE DESIGN CORPORATION ("INDIGO ROSE") IS WILLING TO LICENSE THE SOFTWARE ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING ON "ACCEPT" AND/OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU WILL INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THEM.
