If you've misplaced your ATM/debit card and need time to find it, you can temporarily lock or unlock your card right from our Mobile Banking app or through Online Banking to help prevent unauthorized purchases and withdrawals. Then, when you find it, unlocking your card is just as easy.

What are the fees for using an ATM?There are no fees for Bank of America customers using one of thousands of Bank of America ATMs in the United States to transfer funds, make deposits, inquire about a balance and withdraw cash.
Fees may be assessed when Bank of America customers make withdrawals and transfers from non-Bank of America ATMs. A fee may also be charged by the ATM operator, or any network used for the transaction. Please refer to your Personal Schedule of Fees for complete details.
